Fuel Your Body


Giving your body the adequate nutrients is easier than you may think.

It’s all about filling your kitchen with certain key ingredients that you enjoy and that are always very nourishing for your body. I could go into more facts and perhaps a story here to attempt to convince you more about why you should incorporate these ingredients but I know your time is limited so I’m going to cut to the chase instead.

Staples For Your Kitchen

Your Cabinets

Flax seeds
Chia Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Coconut Oil
Olive Oil
Coconut Manna
Raw Cacao Nibs & Powder
Nut butter (Your favorite)
Brown Rice
Udon/ Soba noodles
Black beans
Crushed red pepper
Dried Herbs (Your favorites)
Seasonings (Smoked Paprika, Curry Powder, Cumin, etc)

Your Refrigerator

Almond milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
Apples or Pears
Bananas (don’t put in fridge)
Sweet Potatoes or White Potatoes (don’t put in fridge)
Nutritional yeast


Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries)
Fruit (Peaches, Pineapples)
Coconut Ice Cream

Garden or Window Sill

Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary, Cilantro)

All of these ingredients are adaptable.

They will make smoothies, lunches and dinners. If you are someone that tends to struggle with how to put together a meal I will tell you that a good thing to think about is a particular cuisine. For example, you can create a dish that is italian style without making pasta or pizza. You could instead put together quinoa, olive oil, fresh basil, onions, tomatoes, spinach. It’s all about having the slightest bit of direction and taste and evolving from there.

Cooking and eating to feel good doesn’t have to be complicated. At first, it might seem to take you long to put together a meal and you may think, “this is too much work when I could just order out.” But, the truth is, whenever any of us try something new, it takes us longer then we would like. With some patience and light heartedness you’ll be a pro in no time.

And if you’re still skeptical let me just say this. You could spend the extra moments you have now to better your health and well-being or you could spend extra time and money later in doctors offices and hospitals when your body is breaking down from lack of care. Take care of yourself, it’s important. 🙂
