I’m very much enjoying my Breakfast Criminals heart bowl. š
It’s pretty cool to think that every time I use it I am “literally” filling up a heart. It keeps me mindful, light hearted and weirdly happy. If anyone is interested is having their own Heart Bowl you can buy your’s here on Amazon.
Now onto this smoothie! This is a great combination of sweet, salty and creamy. The raspberries add a sweet tartness where the almond butter adds a salty nutty flavor which all comes together beautifully. Try this for breakfast or a late night snack.
Raspberry Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 gala apple
- 1 tablespoon almond butter, I used Justin’s Maple Almond Butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Top with any nuts (almonds, pecan, etc.) and shredded coconut and pumpkin seeds.
